Minimum No. Of Participants: 8 Course Description: This course ensures that all workers have a basic knowledge of health and safety to make them aware of the inherent dangers on construction sites so that they will be able to identify existing hazards and avoid exposure to associated risk of injury while at work. Objectives of Course: • Raise the standard of safety awareness throughout the construction industry. • Ensure that all site personnel undergo basic health and safety awareness training with a view making a positive contribution to the prevention of accidents and avoidance of health hazards. • To provide all participants with a FAS Safe Pass registration card, which will indicate that the holder has attained a formal course in health and safety awareness. • Maintain a register of personnel who have received such training.
