On completion this module the candidate should be able to:
• Explain the general legal considerations governing Safety, Health & Welfare at Roadworks.
• Explain the purpose of Traffic Management at Roadworks
• State the duties of the employers and employees to ensure and maintain a safe place of work
• Explain the use of a Safe System of Work Plan
• List the order of removing signage at temporary roadworks
• Describe the hazards associated with the different types of road building and maintenance
